Texting, priced so there are no surprises.

Your plan includes the texts a job needs: the invoice, "ready for pickup," and replies, up to 1,500 a month. A shop doing 200 jobs a month uses about 600. Broadcasts to your whole customer list are the only thing that adds up, so they're billed per text and the app shows you the total before you send.

The honest fine print.

How fast can we start?
The app: the same day, on a 30-minute call where we load your services and prices with you. Texting from your own number: US carriers require registering your business first, usually one to two weeks. Texting switches on the day your number is approved; everything else works from day one.
Is my data locked in?
No. Customers, jobs with every line item, and message history download as spreadsheets from Settings whenever you like. If you cancel, you get a 30-day export window.
Do I need a new phone number?
Each shop texts from its own number, which we set up for you. Your shop's existing phone line stays exactly as it is; this one is for texts.
What about texting rules?
Consent is captured at check-in with a timestamp, STOP is honored automatically and recorded, and every message's delivery status is kept. The invoice footer carries the opt-out line. See the Terms and Privacy Policy.
Is there a contract?
No. Month to month, cancel at the end of any month. Pay yearly and it's $95 a month instead of $119, billed once; that's 20% off.
What does the founding price mean?
White-glove setup, direct access to the people who built it, and your price locked for twelve months. In exchange we want your honest feedback.
What if a broadcast would cost a lot?
The app tells you the number of customers and the cost before you send, and you can set a monthly texting cap for the shop. Nothing goes out past the cap without you raising it.
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No. One price, and payments stay with however you take them today.
More than one location?
Each location gets its own number, menu and tax rate under one login. Talk to us and we'll price the extra locations with you.
