The honest fine print.

How fast can we start?
The app itself: same day. We load your services and prices with you. Text messaging: US carriers require registering your business for SMS, which usually takes one to two weeks. Everything else works while that clears.
Is my data locked in?
No. Your customers, orders, and message history are yours. There's a one-click CSV export in the dashboard, and a 30-day export window if you ever cancel.
What about texting compliance?
Consent is captured at check-in, STOP replies are honored automatically and recorded, and every message's delivery status is tracked. See the Terms and Privacy Policy.
What does early access mean?
White-glove onboarding, direct access to the people who built it, and your pricing locked for 12 months. In exchange we want your honest feedback.
Do I need a new phone number?
Each shop texts from its own number, which we set up for you as part of onboarding. Your existing shop phone stays as it is.
Is there a contract?
Month to month. Cancel at the end of any billing period. Annual plans save two months if you'd rather commit.
